Here are a few more pictures of Seona, there was no real theme to the shoot, Seona was just looking for a nice variety of different images to update her book for her model agency.  The agency were really pleased with the outcome and Seona was subsequently picked for an editorial in I-on magazine so look out for her on the pages of the next months Issue! Well done girl, and thank you to lovely Jaz and Gill!  mwah mwah xx

Last month I did a shoot with Jaz, Jill and the lovely Seona Anderson from Colours model agency in Glasgow. Seona made the best brownies ever which made the day all the more fun! Here is one wee sneaky photo from the shoot, again a lovely day with a lovely wee team whom I miss now I’m in London! More to follow soon.

Thanks to Photodonuts a great site which selects photographers to showcase I found the work of this photographer today.  I really enjoy his portraits, they are often quiet often enticing and rich and heavy with personality.  They are making me want to take more portraits!

At the beginning of May I worked alongside two lovely jewellers from the Edinburgh College of Art to photograph some of their pieces for their degree show.  I contacted the college as I thought it would be a great opportunity for me to work with other creative people and photograph amazing and interesting things you can’t find anywhere else.   These shots are from the first shoot I did with Jeweller Carolyn Kinnaird who’s work is really colourful and playful.   I wanted to use lots of colour to create a fun environment in which to frame both the model and the jewellery and Claire was perfect with her incredible hair and striking features, she is an exceptionally interesting and captivating model.   It was really great fun to shoot and it led to me working with Joanna so its been really great to meet all these fantastic creative and talented women!

Last week on tuesday I had a great day in the sun taking beautiful photographs with three lovely ladies, Joanna Hill an incredibly talented Jeweller, http://joannahilldesign.co.uk/ Make up artist Gill Johnston and Victoria Middleton from Model team Glasgow.  Joanna is coming to the end of her masters and asked me to shoot some images which she could use for her display at the masters exhibition.  I’ve only ever shot in direct sun once before and it wasn’t the best but on tuesday the sun was high in the sky and the results are bloody marvellous I’m so happy with them and thats not something I say often!!  Victoria was such good fun to work with and Gill as always did an incredible job with make up and taking photos of me in strange positions taking pictures! So untill the images are polished off here are a few from the day of Joanna Gill and Victoria, Thanks Ladies xx

Here’s a shoot I styled and shot in April with incredible model Tara Nowy she is exquisite, I absolutely loved working with her it was a real treat.   Slave magazine were once again kind enough to feature it in their third issue and I am thrilled to have it there alongside the work of so many great emerging fashion talents.  www.slavemagazine.com Huge thanks to John Lock the joiner I buttered up who helped me build the wall you can see in the background and to Taiyyibah Bashir for make up, Sophie Laidlaw for hair , Godiva boutique for allowing me to borrow designer Karen Orme’s shirt and Anna Olszewska for helping me move those bloody walls around the studio.  It was a great shoot hope you enjoy it x
